The hotel complex with residential houses and public services is located in the small see town of Nea Iraklitsa, Greece. 114 houses are located surrounded by rich landscaping, and most of them are located on the coast line. 2 restaurants and a supermarket serve the entire complex. There is - a 5-star hotel in the heart of the complex with 120 rooms of various sizes, over 70% of which have a sea view. On the ground floor of the hotel there are a gym, spa complex, conference rooms, lobby bar, relax area. Two swimming pools are located between the hotel and the sea coast.
The architecture of the buildings is minimalistic, the materials for the facades are white plaster and glass.
The hotel is three-story building, the houses are one- and two-story. One restaurant is attached to the hotel, the other is free standing, elevated and fully glazed.
